Adding Leads
Steps to Add a New Lead:

Log In to the Application:
- Open the "Marketing Balloon" application and log in with your credentials.

Navigate to Leads:
- On the left sidebar, find and click on the "Leads" option.

Open Add Lead Window:
- In the "Leads" section, click on the "Add lead" button located at the top-right corner of the screen.

Fill in Lead Information:
- A popup window titled "Add lead" will appear with various fields to fill out.

Enter Company Details:
- Company Name:
- Enter the name of the company in the "Company name" field.
- Status:
- Select the status of the lead from the dropdown menu (e.g., "New").
- Owner:
- The "Owner" field is pre-filled with the name "Ranga Zulu". Change it if necessary.
- Source:
- Select the source from which the lead originated from the dropdown menu (e.g., "Google").
- Address:
- Enter the company address in the "Address" field.
- City:
- Enter the city in the "City" field.
- State:
- Enter the state in the "State" field.
- Zip:
- Enter the postal code in the "Zip" field.
- Country:
- Enter the country in the "Country" field.
- Phone:
- Enter the contact phone number in the "Phone" field.
- Website:
- Enter the company website URL in the "Website" field.
- VAT Number:
- Enter the VAT number in the "VAT Number" field.
- Currency:
- If different from the default (GBP), select the desired currency from the dropdown menu.
- Currency Symbol:
- If different from the default (£), enter the desired currency symbol.
- Company Name:

Save Lead Information:
- Once all fields are filled out, click the "Save" button at the bottom-right corner of the popup window to add the new lead.

Close Add Lead Window:
- If you do not wish to save the lead, click the "Close" button to exit the popup window without saving.
By following these steps, you can effectively add a new lead in the "Marketing Balloon" application.
