Configure Estimate Settings

Steps to Configure Estimate Settings:

1. Log In to the Application:

   • Open the "Marketing Balloon" application and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Settings:

   • On the left sidebar, find and click on the "Settings" option.

3. Access Estimate Settings:

   • In the "Settings" menu, expand the "Setup" section.
   • Click on "Estimates" under the "Setup" section to open the Estimate Settings page.

4. Upload Estimate Logo:

   • In the "Estimate Logo" field, click the "Upload and crop" or "Upload" button to upload your logo (size: 300x100 pixels).

5. Configure Estimate Details:

   • Estimate Prefix:
     • Enter the desired prefix for your estimates in the "Estimate prefix" field (e.g., "ESTIMATE #").
   • Estimate Color:
     • Specify the hexadecimal color code for the estimate design in the "Estimate Color" field (e.g., "#2e2e2e").
   • Send BCC Email:
     • Enter the email address to which BCC copies of sent estimates will be sent in the "When sending estimate to client, send BCC to" field.

6. Initial Estimate Number:

   • Set the starting number for estimates in the "Initial number of the estimate" field (e.g., "55").

7. Estimate Footer:

   • Use the text editor to enter the footer text that will appear on all estimates. Include any important information or messages for your clients.

8. Automatically Create Projects:

   • If you want to automatically create new projects when estimates are accepted, check the box next to "Create new projects automatically when estimates gets accepted".

9. Save Settings:

   • Once all settings are configured, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
