Accessing Email Settings

  1. Open OKICRM.PRO:

    • Launch your web browser.
    • Go to the OKICRM.PRO URL: yourcompany.okicrm.app.
    • Log in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Email Settings:

    • In the left sidebar, scroll down and click on Settings.
    • Under App Settings, click on Email.

Configuring Email Settings

  1. Email Sent From Address:

    • Enter the Email Address:
      • Type the email address that will appear as the sender in outgoing emails.
      • Example: noreply@okicrm.pro.
  2. Email Sent From Name:

    • Enter the Sender Name:
      • Type the name that will appear as the sender in outgoing emails.
      • Example: Marketing Balloon.
  3. Use SMTP:

    • Enable SMTP:
      • Ensure the Use SMTP checkbox is checked to enable SMTP settings.
  4. SMTP Host:

    • Enter the SMTP Host:
      • Type the SMTP server address provided by your email service provider.
      • Example: mail.privateemail.com.
  5. SMTP User:

    • Enter the SMTP Username:
      • Type the username for the SMTP server, usually your email address.
      • Example: noreply@okicrm.pro.
  6. SMTP Password:

    • Enter the SMTP Password:
      • Type the password associated with the SMTP username.
  7. SMTP Port:

    • Enter the SMTP Port:
      • Type the port number used for the SMTP server.
      • Example: 465.
  8. Security Type:

    • Select Security Type:
      • Choose the security protocol used by the SMTP server from the dropdown menu.
      • Example: SSL.
  9. Send a Test Mail To:

    • Optional:
      • Type an email address to send a test email to verify the SMTP settings.
      • If you do not want to send a test email, leave this field blank.

Saving Settings

  • Save Configuration:
    • After entering all the necessary details, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the new email settings.
