SMTP Email Settings Configuration Guide
Accessing Email Settings

Open OKICRM.PRO:
- Launch your web browser.
- Go to the OKICRM.PRO URL:
yourcompany.okicrm.app
. - Log in with your credentials.

Navigate to Email Settings:
- In the left sidebar, scroll down and click on
Settings
. - Under
App Settings
, click onEmail
.

Configuring Email Settings

Email Sent From Address:
- Enter the Email Address:
- Type the email address that will appear as the sender in outgoing emails.
- Example:
noreply@okicrm.pro

- Enter the Email Address:

Email Sent From Name:
- Enter the Sender Name:
- Type the name that will appear as the sender in outgoing emails.
- Example:

Use SMTP:
- Enable SMTP:
- Ensure the

checkbox is checked to enable SMTP settings.

SMTP Host:
- Enter the SMTP Host:
- Type the SMTP server address provided by your email service provider.
- Example:
mail.privateemail.com

- Enter the SMTP Host:

SMTP User:
- Enter the SMTP Username:
- Type the username for the SMTP server, usually your email address.
- Example:
noreply@okicrm.pro

- Enter the SMTP Username:

- Enter the SMTP Password:
- Type the password associated with the SMTP username.
- Enter the SMTP Password:

SMTP Port:
- Enter the SMTP Port:
- Type the port number used for the SMTP server.

Security Type:
- Select Security Type:
- Choose the security protocol used by the SMTP server from the dropdown menu.

Send a Test Mail To:
- Optional:
- Type an email address to send a test email to verify the SMTP settings.
- If you do not want to send a test email, leave this field blank.

- Save Configuration:
- After entering all the necessary details, click the

button at the bottom of the page to apply the new email settings.
