Subscription and Payment Setup Guide

Accessing Billing & Payments

1. Open okicrm.pro:

   • Launch your web browser.
   • Go to the ExampleSoft URL: companyname.okicrm.app.
   • Log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Billing & Payments:

   • Click on your profile icon or picture on top right side
   • Find and click on Billing and Payments.

Subscription Overview

• Current Active Members:

  • Displays the number of active users. In this example, there is 1 user.

• Monthly Subscription Amount:

  • Shows the monthly subscription fee. In this example, the amount is £9.

Subscription Renewal

• Trial Expiration Notice:
  • There is a notification indicating the number of days until the trial expires. Example -1 days, meaning the trial has expired.

Payment Options

1. PayPal Subscription:

   • Subscribe via PayPal:
     • Click the blue PayPal Subscribe button.
     • You will be redirected to the PayPal website.
     • Log in to your PayPal account and follow the instructions to complete the subscription payment.

2. Debit or Credit Card:

   • Pay via Debit or Credit Card:
     • Click the black Debit or Credit Card button.
     • You will be redirected to the PayPal website (even for credit card payments).
     • Select the option to pay with a debit or credit card.
     • Enter your card details and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Important Notice

• Free Trial Expiration:
  • The message "Your free trial will be expired in -1 days" indicates that the trial period has already ended. Immediate action is required to continue using the software without interruption.
